This training session is for beginners or runners who are perhaps lacking confidence and would like to build up slowly before trying Thursday evening training.
There is no pressure to be at a particular level, even if you have never run before we can support you and help you to achieve your goals.
thursdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm
This training session is geared towards more experienced runners although nobody is expected to do any more than their level of fitness or ability allows. The sessions vary and include hill sessions, interval sessions and longer steady runs. The distance covered in training is between 5 and 7 miles. |
